They were very helpful from the first day I got there for the orientation and then a week later I came back for the surgery. The surgery took three hours for both eyes. They even gave me a warm blanket to cover up after my first eye was done which I had to wait another 15 or 20 minutes to do the second eye from the room to the exit the entire staff under Dr Bo Li was very professional and I would highly recommend this place. It’s been one week now and I can’t believe how fantastic I can see far, medium and close. I do not need any more glasses whatsoever for the rest of my life . Dr Bo Li called me before the operation and then he called me again after the operation two days later unbelievable the service that I got and I was very grateful. My wait time went from 18-24 months in hospital to less than a month with Dr Li. The clinic location is convenient with easy, close, free parking. The clinic décor is clean and soothing and very spacious. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable about all stages of your experience there. Dr Li is awesome. He is friendly, thorough and walks you through all stages of your eye surgery. Dr Li followed up with me personally a few days after surgery, and again in person about a week later. Dr. Li has a very professional, happy, and calming demeanour and spends all the time needed to answer any questions. My outcome could not have been better. Would recommend 100%.
Kathy Gilchrist2024-05-18My refractive cataract surgery on both eyes was on May the 2nd 2024. The reception area was bright and cheery, and all staff were more than helpful. The measurements 2 weeks before surgery with state of the art equipment was impressive, followed by consultation with optometrist to discuss surgery options. Dr Bo Li called me personally at home on Saturday to discuss upcoming surgery, very impressive. Prior to the surgery the medical staff professionals went out of their way to explain procedures, make me feel comfortable and ease my nervousness. The procedure performed by Dr. Bo Li went well with little discomfort. Dr Bo Li telephoned me Friday nite 8 pm to check up on me to ensure I was doing well, impressive! One week follow up showed 20/20 vision, so wonderful after being impaired for 2 years.
